Privacy Notice

• Nickname and colour: the display name and faction colour you pick on the start screen.
• Game settings: graphics quality, language, keybinds, attack-ratio presets, display preferences.
• Results and achievements: matches, wins, streaks, unlocked achievements, local replay files.
• Anonymous player ID: a random identifier generated on your device, used to link server-side results and to restore your account.
• Onboarding flags: whether you have already seen the tutorial tips.

This is stored in your browser's localStorage and is not uploaded automatically. Switching devices or clearing browser data resets it.

• Player profile: anonymous ID, nickname, Elo rating, wins/matches, clan membership, referral count.
• Chat messages: public lobby chat is used only for real-time delivery, kept in server memory with a size cap, and never used for profiling or analysis.
• Connection data: connection IP and error logs may be recorded for troubleshooting and abuse prevention, kept only as long as operationally needed.
• Match data: multiplayer matches are relayed in real time and not recorded; replay files are generated and kept only on your device.

We do not link this information to your real identity and do not sell or share it with third parties for marketing.

• Cloudflare: the site uses Cloudflare for CDN, security and anonymous traffic analytics (not cross-site ad tracking). Essential cookies may be set to keep the service running.
• Fonts and assets: the page loads no third-party ads, social plugins or profiling scripts.

• Delete local data: in-game "Game menu → Privacy → Delete data" clears all local saves (settings, results, anonymous ID).
• Delete server profile: to remove your server-side profile and clan records, contact the operator via the hub site dirk8.com and provide your anonymous player ID.
• Account recovery: the anonymous ID is the only key to your results — please back it up. Without it we cannot trace a real identity.
